One day. Your laptop, your files, your business — put AI to work, not just to chat.

Our July and August workshops taught Kitwe business owners and professionals to use AI. This masterclass is the next level: a full hands-on day on a paid Claude Pro plan, on your own laptop, with your own documents and spreadsheets. You leave with real work finished, not notes.

Every module runs the same way: we explain it, demo it live, then you do it yourself before we move on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build a permanent AI workspace loaded with your company profile, price list and past proposals

• Turn a tender into a checklist, draft the proposal, finish it inside Microsoft Word

• Analyse your real sales spreadsheet and build a summary tab inside Excel

• Extract your brand voice, draft a week of content, build a company deck in PowerPoint

• Build a shareable business tool by describing it — quotation calculator, intake form, price-list page

• Run Claude inside the Chrome browser, safely

• Create one custom Skill and one scheduled routine that keep working after the day ends

WHO IT'S FOR

Owners, managers and officers who write proposals, work in spreadsheets or produce reports — and who are already comfortable with AI chat (a previous B-ne workshop, or regular use of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). Not for complete beginners.

YOU MUST BRING

• A laptop (not a phone)

• An active Claude Pro subscription (about US$20 / K560 a month, paid separately). We run a setup-support week on 20–24 October to help you activate it and install the Claude apps for Chrome, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Your own files: a company profile or price list, a past proposal, a sales or expense spreadsheet, three samples of your own writing
